Hi, I’m Jeroen.

I am a founding research scientist at Wajo. I work on agentic behavior, model harnesses, autonomy, evals, and RL.

Previously, I completed my Ph.D. at the Center for Neural Science at NYU, where I worked with Wei Ji Ma and studied how people reason and plan, using computational models of human behavior. Before that, I earned my B.A. and M.Eng. in Information and Computer Engineering with distinction from the University of Cambridge, where I worked with Yul Kang, Máté Lengyel, and Daniel Wolpert.
